About us
Lifeworks, LLC was founded in 2019 by three chapters of The Arc New York in an effort to adopt, streamline, and enhance technological solutions utilized by the chapters. Each chapter recognized the value of collaboration to identify best practices approaches and optimize limited resources. The success of this model led the company to expand its services out to other chapters of The Arc New York and New York non-profits with similar needs and challenges.
Our Goal
Lifeworks offers Human Capital Management Services through the Ceridian Dayforce Platform. The relationship between Lifeworks and Ceridian is a valuable asset to our clients because it combines the personalized service and knowledge of the Lifeworks team with the global breadth of experience from Ceridian. Lifeworks’ geographic focus is in New York State and our team brings diverse experience from the non-profit sector, which means that we understand the challenges and complexities you face and are ready to help you find the right solutions.

A service contract with Lifeworks ensures that you receive all of the benefits of Ceridian with the personal touch of a dedicated team. You will work with the same team from sales through implementation and into ongoing maintenance. This approach gives clients a more consistent, hands-on experience with a team that knows and understands the unique features of your organization.
